Government-backed growth fund takes stake in EV battery maker

A $540 million investment vehicle funded by the federal government and the banks has taken its first step after acquiring a stake in emerging battery maker and clean energy technology company 3ME Technology Holdings.

VCF Capital has acted as financial advisor on the investment by ABGF and CEFC.
